Welcome to the Chromiecraft-WoW Leveling Guide!

The current level cap is 70 (until WOTLK content kicks in!) and you can reach max level by questing, grinding mobs, or queue-ing for dungeons. The zones’ level requirements below will give you an idea of where to go if you’re looking to quest or kill mobs to level up. Some zones are good for up to 10 levels, so the lists will have overlap.

It’s just a guideline

Since the server is TBC-Classic/WOTLK talent trees, some classes are pretty overpowered, so you may notice that you can easily go through an area that’s listed 5-10 levels above your current level. However, quests are still level-locked.

Even with the server enabling cross-faction play, the zones’ quests remain faction-specific, so here are the leveling zones for Alliance players and Horde players respectively:

Professions

Don’t forget to pick up some professions along the way! If nothing else, gathering professions pair up well with questing and mob-grinding, and you can sell everything on the Auction House to make some cash!

Production professions can be a solid gold-sink, so be careful with those. Still, each profession offers useful perks!
