In the ChromieCraft-WoW server, we have access to barbers and transmogrification! However, the locations aren’t clear, and city guards apparently don’t know where the transmog guys are.
Fashion is the true endgame
The transmog UI is a bit unusual compared to what we’re used to in retail WoW, but it’s great to have it!
Alliance
The transmogrifier for the Alliance side is located in Stormwind, in the Cathedral Square. Just follow along the canal toward the Park, and you’ll find a shop sign called “The Finest Thread”. The NPC Helias will be inside.
The barber is in the Trade district.
Horde
The transmogrifier for the Horde side is located in Orgrimmar, in The Drag. Since the usual hut where transmog is in retail doesn’t exist in TBC, you’ll find the transmogrifier next to the tailoring trainer instead.
As for the barber, the Guards will tell you something weird about being in the Cliffs overlooking the Valley of Strength, but you will find them in the Cleft of Shadows.
Barbers
Apart from the two barbers I’ve shown on the Stormwind and Orgrimmar maps, there are barbers in just about any big city as well. Ask any Guard, and they will shows you the location on your map!
